Daniel Silva - CEO
Daniel Silva started Vision Computer Services in 2006. The company began as a vision to provide exceptional products and services to Pampa and the surrounding area. Because of our desire to excel in the way we support our clients, we have had record growth. Vision Computer Services is expanding to service the Lubbock, TX and Yukon, OK areas. The domain name, ihavecomputerproblems.com, reflected what our clients typically say when they call us. Daniel has his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and minor in Computer Science and Math and uses this knowledge to provide quality service to each and every client.
Sharod Harris - Sales Manager
Sharod Harris found success in sales a few years ago. He loves helping clients find solutions to meet challenges they are facing and making their businesses more profitable. Sharod is very excited about becoming the Sales Manager for Vision Computer Services. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Math. He's becoming A+ certified in order to provide technical solutions to assist our clients. Sharod enjoys meeting new clients and sharing leading edge solutions to everyday challenges that businesses face. Sharod lives in Lubbock, TX but travels regionally to serve our diverse client base.
Brenda Recendiz - Customer Support
Brenda brings a personal touch to our technical support. She employs active listening to make sure we deliver exceptional service. She is very personable and helps our clients get the correct support they need by understanding both the technical and personal aspects. She has received A+ computer training, which is the same training that certified computer technicians receive. Brenda uses our resources to ensure that we always meet or exceed our client expectations.
